Usage:
1. First wash all soup ingredients and partridges with clean water.
2. After boiling two litres of water and stock, add the partridge and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer and simmer for about 2 hours.
3. Finally add the appropriate amount of salt to taste and serve.
