Suggested Cooking Instructions:
1. Fry on medium heat for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side OR
2. Put the meat upward into the air fryer at 150 degrees for 12 minutes, flip over and 180 degrees for 3 minutes OR
3. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for 12 minutes, and then rest for 3 minutes
