Microwave:

Thaw the whole pouch and put the content in a microwaveable container. Heat in the microwave at 800W for around 8-10 minutes.

Steaming:

Steam the whole pouch directly with boiling water for around 10-12 minutes.

The actual heating time may need to be adjusted according to the firepower of the stove. Please eat it immediately after heating.
