為了提升果實的純度,我們進行了直接壓榨。發酵在14°C至15°C的低溫下進行,且溫度始終保持穩定且受控。最終混合酒液的20%在法國橡木桶中發酵。整個混合酒液在酒泥上陳釀6個月,以展現其芳香特徵和口感的豐富度。
